Positives Are that technology is good for teens that need help with their studies because they cam use the internet as a way to study!
Also that It Can Help then keep in contact with friends that live far away.

The Negatives are that they overuse it and become addicted to online games, spend all of their time texting or talking on the phone with their friends when they should be studying or doing their home work etc..
