   Box cutters are simply available in too many places. I propose an iron wall built around every Staples, Office Depot and Walmart, along with armed security and cavity searches for small children. We can do this if we all work together. It will take higher taxes—about 300 billion a year to offset retail losses—but there are also dangerous pea shooters, sock gags, waistband/slingshots, potato peelers, orange slicers and nail clippers. Oh—and Israel needs another 3bill USD/yr unconditionally.
