10 people are not satisfying their customer requests.

Great tutorial, lame tool. There is no version control on user stories. this tool is great if you want to build a $4,000 website with your friends. If you want to manage a multimillion dollar project try something else.

We used Motion5 for all of the motion graphics, edited on FCP7(with Magic Bullets Looks plugin), some editing in FCP10, and built the assets(100% original graphics) with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Art of Illusion(3D modeling).

I’m a software engineering student going for my masters degree: none of my professors ever described scrum as well as you did.

Brilliant, concise and great style in presentation and graphics.
Thanks Hamid.

Brilliant vid…Thanks
What tool have you used to create the video?

Really nice job done!! It is my first time ever to try to seriously understand what all there is about the hype on agile, and after your quick intro (have replayed 3 times) I’m sure I’ll feel confident now when I next time hear someone talking about scrum/agile.
Thanks for the effort!

Great video !

Most execs don’t mind that comment because it goes on to say “You can’t get much done without them.” So they still get some kudos.

Well, if it’ll help, you can tell your executives that the guy narrating this video is a CEO himself.
And if that doesn’t work, I suggest you find a company with executives who don’t take themselves quite so seriously.

Great video.. Was going to actually show it to management so they too can understand the process.. however your reference to “executives and how they just get in the way” isn’t a great message to send to that audience.. it’s a shame

Excellent Video, much better than previous video, Quick note – You missed the “Defects” as mentioned in previous video where its generally a good practice to add a separate Sprint for “Defects”

This is why its an introduction to SCRUM?
Intros tend to be for people who don’t have a good understanding.
April 26th, 2012 at 2:51 pm
sure, the product’s great, they have to sell it, and commercial approach was less then 10% of the video…

Great (very) quick review to scrum
I’ve been using OnTime for my personal projects, but i’m definitely going to mention it to my future “boss” , soon when i’m on my new job as a project manager

a little bit too commecial at the end .
April 26th, 2012 at 4:15 pm
Brilliantly made…fast paced yet makes full sense!
April 26th, 2012 at 5:07 pm

April 26th, 2012 at 5:09 pm

@McJimbo1970
So… what’s the ScrumMaster?
April 26th, 2012 at 6:32 pm
Shut up and take my money!
April 26th, 2012 at 6:35 pm
This is just amazing!
I didn’t know what Scrum is and after 10 minutes it’s like:
“I know Scrum”… I feel like Neo in the Matrix
IMPRESSIVE JOB!
April 26th, 2012 at 7:03 pm
SIMPLY AMAZING WHATEVER YOUR SELLING I’M BUYING !
April 26th, 2012 at 7:38 pm
Visually impressive but some of the narrative content is deeply flawed. The ScrumMaster is absolutely not “like a project manager”. That was just one of the many things that bothered me.
Could’ve been amazing, but will only impress those new to Scrum or with little knowledge. It’s this level of information that is accidentally harming scrum as a framework.
