How do i delete virus file when my computer says I need permission?
I have a file on my computer that Norton has picked up as a virus. Norton says that this file has to be manually deleted but when I try and delete it manually it says that I need permission. I am assuming that this is part of the virus. Any ideas on how to remove this file?

try using this http://www.filehippo.com/download_unlocker/ when you have this installed right click on the file and click unlocker then from the dropdown menu select delete then ok

unlocker deletes files that windows won’t give you permission to
