Do you think a future employer would verify your employement while you are still working for a company (as in the case of people who do “secret” job searches)? What about after the fact? To be honest here, I’m trying to hide the fact that I’ve already left the company in question because it would be a disadvantage to let the new company know at this point – am still going through the interview process. Its been two weeks since I resigned. Business professionals – any advice?
