What you advertise needs to be what the customers receive. If you advertise low prices, then have low prices, and if you advertise, low prices, friendly service, and a clean store. Then make sure that's what they see. Always have clean restrooms, and break room. It all starts in the interview, make sure they know your in charge, and that you have high expectations of follow trough, and friendliness. Put People First, And Profits Will Follow. [+]
