   Check out sba.gov if you’re in the US – they do loan money but you will need to develop a business plan for your business idea. It needs to be a viable and potentially profitable idea. The sba website also has an online business plan guide to help you build your plan.
   Recognize that the government usually wants you (the entrepreneur) to put in some money/investment of your own.
