How Can I Find Anyone To Give A Business Loan To A 24 Yr. Old That Has A Great Business Plan For A Laundromat?

I am looking to start a laundry service/laundromat in my hometown. I have a superb business plan and location(location is everything!) for this business. The problem is MONEY! $250,000 to be exact. Of the 5 aspects banks/investors look for, I only have 3.
1. Experience – I have been a store manager in the retail
sector for 4 years, and have handled P&L businesses quite well.
2. Credit Score – My credit is around 770
3. Business Plan- Amazing business plan for the laundry business (have read books, websites, join memberships over the last 3 months to gain better insight of laundry service).
4. Equity-NONE. Just had a baby with my ex-girlfriend which drained all my savings.
5. Collateral-NONE. Not too many 24 year olds have enough collateral at this point.
My family members have all owned their own businesses. I know what it takes to run your own business. I know that if banks/investors could see my work ethic and enthusiasm they would help me. CAN YOU?

I want to create a business website that provides a service (similar concept as ‘sittercity’, but different service) and charges a modest membership fee, but I am not sure where to get started. I’ve heard of web hosting, but am not sure if this only applies to businesses that are selling products.
My ideal website would be free to everyone with restricted access, but only paid members would be able to fully access all features of the website. Does anyone have helpful information on how to get this started?

I’m evaluating a local, small, landscaping company and they are not listed in the BBB but they say they’ve been in business for over 20 years. The person on the phone sounded very good.
Are ALL legitimate businesses listed in the BBB or just if there are complaints against them?

I have my MBA and am trying to figure out what to do with it. I love research, training, and teaching. I enjoy helping people. My favorite part of past jobs have been human resourses, training, and administrative work. I have enjoyed creating manuals, forms, and policys. I have considered becoming a virtual assistant, a teacher, and running a cleaning business, but am looking for other reasonable ideas. I do not want a 9-5 “go to work” job, but I would be happy to put in many hours at home.
I will be homeschooling my children, so being home is important to me, but I want to make the most of this MBA! Any ideas would be great.
